Alzheimer's 5k Run PR

I ran the Alzheimer's 5k in 25:15 A PR!

Paces (According to Garmin):
1st mile 7:54
2nd mile 8:00-- Side Stitch started here and almost made me throw up.
3rd mile 8:13
Last .15 miles 1:08
