I ran
I ran.
I listened to a little ditty.
By a man named Joe.
On my run.
It was not pretty.
It was slow.
It was fun!

The thought of running crossed my mind
One of the checkout ladies in the grocery store mentioned to me on saturday that her husband was running the AR50 yesterday and that caused me to have a fleeting thought about running.
No, not running the AR50, but running 2 miles. I think it'll be fun. RugRat started swimming lessons this week and wants me to start practice swimming and running with her. She wants to do a sprint tri this summer with me so I might need to get in shape and actually get off the couch and peel the remote control out of my hand.
As soon as I run, i'll post.
