2 things diagnosed

1. Patellaform syndrome (runner's knee)
2. pulled/strained tendon from calf to insertion point behind the knee.

Fixes:

1. Strengthen VMO (vastus medialis obliqus)
2. rest, ice, possible ultrasound therapy.

  2. I thought you were gone! I have not been able to view your blog for a week - it kept saying it no longer existed! I am glad that is not true.

    I am dealing with the Runner's Knee right now too. It came on after CIM and now is back. ICE ICE ICE!!
