Rolling is awesome

Foam Roller and Trigger Point Therapy set.

These things really work in terms of helping my pain / injury from IT Band, Piriformis pain, etc. You roll on them slowly and deeply. It helps to break up adhesions and scar tissue and really helps with pain.


  1. Oooh, that actually makes sense from a physiological standpoint as well. I shall have to look into this.

  2. I swear by my foam roller. LOVE it! Haven't used Trigger Point before... interesting.

  3. I actually prefer The Stick since it is a bit more universal with where you can use it.

  5. I tried rolling and its way to clumsy for me. I much prefer a good deep tissue massage....

    That trigger point kit looks interesting. DO you have a lnk to it online?
